In individual supervision, we meet virtually weekly to support you and your work around anything that feels relevant to your practice of therapy (clinical, ethical, theoretical, administrative, business, exam readiness, etc.) for a fee of $200 per individual supervision hour. This offering includes documentation templates and is recommended in conjunction with group supervision for the most economical and comprehensive supervision experience.

In group supervision, we meet virtually weekly (on Thursdays 10-11) as a collective of 3-6, offering a community of support for you and your work around anything that feels relevant to your practice of therapy for a fee of $50 per group supervision hour. This offering is accessible to LMFTAs, includes documentation templates, concurrent individual supervision is required (with any Approved Supervisor).

Coaches, fully licensed therapists, and clinicians outside of Washington state are welcome to the support of a consultation session for anything within my areas of experience for a fee of $250 per session.

In consultation group, we meet virtually weekly (on Thursdays 11:30-12:30) as a collective of therapists, offering a community of support for you and your work around anything that feels relevant to your practice of therapy for a fee of $25 per session. This offering is accessible to all clinicians.

I specialize in working with anxiety, motherhood, gentle parenting, relationships, life transitions, divorce, trauma, grief, neurodiversity, parenting transgender children, and homeschooling.
What do you specialize in working with as a therapist?
My therapeutic approach is a feminist, postmodern, and holistic alchemy of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and parts work with a liberation orientation.
What theoretical orientation do you use as a therapist?

Yes, I do offer a free 15-minute consultation to create an opportunity to discern goodness of fit before entering into a supervision relationship. If that would feel helpful for you, you are welcome to book that here.
Do you offer a free consultation?
One session hour of individual supervision is $200.
One session hour of group supervision is $50.
What are the fees for supervision?
My work hours are Monday - Thursday, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, so all of our supervision sessions would take place within those hours.
